Too much market research is just reportage.

Often, interesting facts are presented as conclusions.   At worst you get data, sometimes you go one better and get knowledge and a fair degree of understanding.   Only rarely do you get wisdom.

Wisdom is about seeing the 'big picture' - the wholeness and its myriad interconnections.   It comes from the accumulation of experience and knowledge.   For arnold & bolingbroke it means having a deep understanding of what all the data means, how it relates to the wider world and how we can use it to satisfy the desires and aspirations of our clients.
